Our company will install solar panels according to the specifications agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the agreed-upon specifications must be approved in writing.
A deposit is required before installation begins. The balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept payment via cash, check, or credit card.
We provide a warranty for our solar panels and installation work. The warranty period and terms will be specified on product.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the solar panels are properly maintained. Any repairs needed due to negligence, misuse, or natural disasters will be the responsibility of the customer.
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. If terminated, the customer will be responsible for any outstanding balances owed.
Our company is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the installation, maintenance, or use of the solar panels.
This agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the installation takes place.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
